Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1 - 3 Days to process your order, depending on the product that was order. Expect an email within 2 - 3 Days to let you know your order is on the way!

STANDARD SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 2 - 5 Business Days for Local Delivery, this timeframe applies to orders processed with Standard Shipping within the United States. Orders processed with Standard Shipping outside of the United States will be delivered within 10-30 Business Days.

ECONOMY SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 4 - 8 Business Days for Local Delivery, this timeframe applies to orders processed with Economy Shipping within the United States. Economy Shipping is not available for orders outside of the United States at this moment.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customer.service@islandvagabond.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
